Over the logo ‘ICEBERG since 1974’ there is a large image of a snoopy embroidered in white on the front which is a great contrast and gives the t-shirt a unique style.

All products, wherever possible, will be despatched to you the next working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment or address details which may delay your order. Therefore, we ask that you allow up to 3 working days, once your order has been accepted, for it to be dispatched. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
Please note that unfortunately at this time we do not deliver to North Korea, Indonesia or Malaysia.
Delivery will be made within three working days of the dispatch of the goods from the Trapeze distribution centre. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Once despatched an email with a tracking number will be sent to you.
UK Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that we are unable to provide a specified delivery time or attempt delivery on weekends or Bank Holidays.
All deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
For UK deliveries there will be one attempt at delivery. After an unsuccessful delivery a card will be left advising of the consignment number, date and time of attempted delivery and the address of the nearest depot. They will then hold the goods at this depot for 5 working days to allow you to collect the order. Should there be no attempt by you to collect the goods; they will be returned to us. If Online Customer Services receive no contact from you regarding this order within a further 5 days, once received the payment for the goods will be refunded minus our delivery charge and the return delivery fee.
Worldwide Shipping Information
We deliver to the following and all Shipments to United States, Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR China, Japan, Singapore, Russia, Taiwan and South Korea are delivery duty unpaid.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
Customs and Import Charges outside the EU
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
Unsuitable items may be refunded by emailing email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the item to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Once authorised please download and complete the returns form here and include this with your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorisation Number on the outside of the parcel. Any returned items which are not accompanied by a Returns Form and an original receipt with an official returns number will not be accepted. We must receive the parcel within 7 days from authorisation.

The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached, including the red security tag. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been worn, washed or damaged in any way. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit or debit card for the sum paid less the postal costs. Please allow 3 working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to reach your account.
It is advisable to send returned items by tracked and insured post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer's responsibility.
Outside UK Returns – further information
Please mark ‘Returned Items’ clearly on the outside of your parcel and ensure that the ‘Returned Goods’ option is ticked on the Customs Declaration Form to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied. If this is not completed correctly and charges are incurred Trapeze are not responsible and the charges will deducted from any refunds owing.
Returns Terms and Guidelines
- The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached, including the red security tag
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs
- Send returned items by tracked and insured post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit
- All returned items must be well packaged to avoid damage in transit especially footwear boxes as they are part of the product
- Badly packaged and damaged returns will be refused
- Any returned items which are not accompanied by a Returns Form and an original receipt with an official returns number may not be processed
- If goods are returned from outside the UK, please clearly mark RETURNED GOODS to avoid any custom charges as Trapeze will not be responsible for any charges incurred.
